The one critique I'd give is that the prices are way to high, especially given the area and demographic of the location. Mostly dairy farmers and blue collar families, charging NYC prices for food in Cambridge, NY could ultimately be Silvano's downfall.... Hopefully they can change this ASAP and a few other minor things and then they can perhaps be a powerhouse in that area which to me is lacking in the good restaurant department... I wish them the best though they are by far the best in a 50 mile radius of CambridgeMay 16, 2017
